All About Caring, LLC was formed in 2016 in an effort to meet the growing needs of qualified caregivers in the assisted living facilities. It has since grown to meet other educational needs in different career fields as well.

Our Mission

All About Caring’s mission is to train our students to be compassionate and highly qualified caregivers, whether working in an assistant living facility, at a personal care attendant agency or a private home, we strive to provide caring and informative training.

Our Staff

Betty McKay Bachman, is the founder of All About Caring, LLC. She is a LPN of more than 30 years. She is also one of the first licensed Residential Facility Administrators in Nevada. It was there that she realized how important it is to provide high quality training for all assisted living staff members. It is the very backbone of all facilities to have trained staff qualified to meet the needs of their residents. Each staff member is unique in their learning abilities, and each student is encouraged to become the best caregiver possible.

Lynn Bachman, is Betty’s husband and also co-owner of All About Caring. Lynn came from an engineering background and is now the school Director.

Our instructors are current in their knowledge and are enthusiastic in sharing their knowledge. It is more than just a job. It is their passion to produce exceptional, well trained students. They are the future of the assisted living industry.

Greg Gonzalez, is our CPR/AED/Basic First Aid instructor. He also teaches the ServSafe program for commercial kitchen managers and kitchen staff.

Diana Roberts RFA, has spent her professional career as an administrator and Medication Management instructor. She continues to be active in her career field while instructing at All About Caring.
